Participating in FITBI

By participating in this study, caregivers will receive weekly individualized guidance from a trained Coach.

To be eligible, your child must:

• Be between the ages of 3 and 9 years old

• Exhibit repetitive and inflexible behaviors

• Have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

Repetitive and inflexible behaviors that will be addressed during the intervention will be those that meet the following criteria:

• Are dangerous or harmful to the individual or others (e.g., self-injurious behavior) or property

• Interfere with the individual's ability to learn new skills and make friends

• Are distressing to the individual/family

• Are associated with meltdowns or challenging behavior (e.g., tantrums, self-injury, physical aggression, property destruction)
